I’ve been listening to “Deep Field” by Eric Whitacre. Inspired by the Hubble Telescope’s Deep Field image. I’d recommend listening on a music streaming service for best sound quality, but here’s a site with a description and companion video with Hubble images: https://deepfieldfilm.com/
People have a tendency to poke fun at Whitacre’s music as stereotypical of modern composers, too much dissonance, etc. I tend to like most of his pieces, and this one is pretty awesome. Includes a symphony orchestra and a choir comes in towards the end. Over 8,000 person Virtual Choir. It builds slow and captures what space sounds like. But also has some big, consonant payoffs. Highly recommend.
